Section 89
Meeting of Creditors
(1) Creditors of a bank or financial institution in which the process of compulsory liquidation has commenced may form a meeting of creditors for mutual discussion and agreement. He will be able to negotiate with the creditors and debtors of the organization as needed and reach an agreement.
