<br> to give notice to creditor
In accordance with section 55, upon the petition of the debtor to initiate the Damasahi proceedings, the court shall give a thirty-five day notice to the creditor or creditors to whom the court has stated that the debtor must pay the debt, and the relevant notice shall be published in a daily newspaper of the national level.
(2) When publishing the notice according to sub-section (1), if there is any kind of claim on the right of the person whose right is sought to be violated, it must also be disclosed that the claim must be submitted with proof within the time limit specified in the sub-section.
