Rule 9
Formation of recommendation committee
(1) A recommendation committee will be formed as follows to investigate and recommend the appointment of ex-servicemen to be appointed in accordance with this regulation:-
(a) Worker, Jangi Adda – Chairman
(b) Official level representative of the Ministry of Defense – Member
(c) Commander-in-Chief appointed by the General Commander-in-Chief - Member - Secretary
(2) The recommendation committee formed according to sub-rule (1) shall determine the recommendation process itself.
