The functions, duties and powers of the Recommendation Committee shall be as follows: –
(a) to recommend to the Committee the selection of schemes for the purpose of investment,
(b) The fund itself, the fund in cooperation with local bodies, voluntary organizations or community organizations and classifying and recommending to the committee the plans to be conducted through local bodies, voluntary organizations or community organizations,
(c) To evaluate the financial and technical proposals submitted by local bodies, voluntary organizations and community organizations to carry out any plan,
(d) To recommend to the committee the most suitable local body, voluntary organization or community organization to submit a proposal to operate the plan, for approval to operate the plan,
(e) To perform other tasks as determined by the committee from time to time.
