Rule 23
Siemens Archive Book (Siemens Passport)
(1) According to subsection (1) and (2) of section 18 of the Act. A person who wants to get a Siemens record book (Siemens Passport) should submit an application to the department or mission by attaching the following documents and the form as per schedule-2 to the department or delegation:-
(a) Copy of citizenship certificate or copy of national identity card if national identity card is taken,
(b) Original and copy of ordinary passport for the remaining period of validity,
(c) Letter from the company where the petitioner is employed and a copy of his identity card,
(d) Original and copy of Siemens Passport if any Siemens Passport has been obtained before,
(e) Copy of the certificate of training taken for the post in which the applicant is employed.
(2) After examining the application received according to sub-rule (1), the department or delegation will issue the Siemens record book (Siemens Passport).
(3) The validity period of the Siemens Record Book (Siemens Passport) to be issued in accordance with sub-rule (2) will be ten years at most, taking into consideration the service period and age.
(4) According to sub-rule (2), the details of the Siemens Record Book (Siemens Passport) issued by the Commission shall be sent by the Commission to the Department on a monthly basis.
(5) In the case that the Siemens Record Book (Siemens Passport) cannot be issued due to insufficient procedures or non-submission of necessary documents during the examination of the application according to sub-rule (2), the department or delegation shall inform the applicant of the same in the application. If the Siemens Record Book (Siemens Passport) cannot be issued, the fee submitted with the application will not be returned.
