Section 40
Provisions related to sealed invoices
(1) The limit of the amount of goods, construction works or other services that can be purchased by sealed invoices shall be as prescribed.
(2) Before asking for a sealed price list, a sealed price list form should be prepared clearly stating the specifications, quality, quantity, terms of supply and time and other necessary details of the goods, construction work or other services to be purchased.
(3) When requesting a sealed bond, a notice shall be published in a national or local newspaper with a period of at least fifteen days.
(4) Once submitted, the sealed bond cannot be returned or revised.
(5) After meeting the conditions as per sub-section (2), the minimum evaluated price list falling within the cost estimate shall be approved.
(6) Other provisions related to the seal bond will be as prescribed.
