(1) When the inspector seals the container containing the medicine, the owner of the medicine or his representative and the inspector shall seal the container in at least four different places in such a way that the seal of their names can be clearly understood.
(2) If the owner of the drug or his representative does not seal it according to sub-rule (1), the inspector, in the presence of a representative of the municipality or village development committee or an employee of the government office, shall seal the rent in at least four different places in such a way that his name can be clearly understood.
