In the course of the work of the commission or on the basis of the conclusions obtained from the symposium, seminar or discussion organized by the commission, if it is necessary to improve the existing policy or prevailing law for clean and free elections, the commission may make suggestions to the relevant bodies.
(2) The details of the suggestions given in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be included in the annual report of the Commission.
