(1) In order to improve the behavior of prisoners serving prison sentences, prisons should conduct corrective programs and measures including skills, education and employment, moral, disciplinary, physical, spiritual, yoga and exercise education.
(2) The prison shall submit a report to the Probation and Parole Board every six months regarding whether there has been substantial improvement in the behavior of the inmates through the programs and measures conducted in accordance with sub-section (1).
(3) Other arrangements related to correctional programs shall be as prescribed.
