Rule 12
Validation of the copy of security document
: If the original copy of any security document provided to the guarantor according to this regulation is torn, lost or destroyed for any reason, a shadow copy shall be taken from the copy of the security document in the fund or member organization and authenticated by the authorized officer of the fund or member organization. It should be provided to the sponsor or member organization. The copy so provided shall be treated as the full security letter issued as per rule 8.
