Subject to this Act, the rules made under this Act and the instructions given in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act, the employer shall formulate and implement a policy related to the safety and health of workers and other persons at the workplace.
(2) The policy made in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be registered in the office.
(3) Other provisions related to the safety and health policy made by the employer shall be as prescribed.
(4) According to this section, the office shall regularly monitor the compliance of the safety and health policy made by the employer.
