Rule 49
Particulars to be disclosed when issuing a Suraki
(1) When issuing a report of stolen export or stolen import by airplane, flight no. And as far as possible, the name or passport number of the person carrying out the stolen export or the stolen import and the name of the stolen goods or the stolen goods to be exported and the method of bringing or transporting them secretly should also be disclosed.
(2) In relation to the theft or smuggling by land, the name of the goods to be stolen, the place and time of the theft, the type and number of the vehicle, the method of bringing or transporting the stolen goods and the name of the person carrying out the theft or as far as possible.
