(2) Investment in Foreign Currency Foreign investors who make foreign investments will be allowed to take the following amounts out of Nepal in foreign currency:-

(a) Amounts received from the sale of shares of some or all of the foreign investment,

(b) As profit or dividend from the foreign investment. Received amount,

(c) Received amount as payment of foreign loan loan and interest.

(3) The foreign investor will be allowed to take the amount received under the technology transfer agreement out of Nepal in the currency mentioned in the related agreement.
