Section 40
Facilities shall be as prescribed
In addition to the facilities provided in the prevailing law, the facilities that the chief secretary, secretary, head of department or head of office can enjoy in that capacity and other facilities that he will get for performing work in that capacity will be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
