If any communication establishment does anything contrary to this Act or the rules made under this Act, the Press Registrar may recommend to the concerned body to stop such communication establishment from providing the following facilities:-
(a) If the communication establishment publishes a newspaper, such newspaper should not be included in the newspaper classification according to the prevailing law,
(b) To stop or reduce the subsidy or advertisement given by the Government of Nepal,
(c) To prohibit the import of communication materials and raw materials related thereto,
(d) Not to participate in official tour groups.
