Section 47
Consequences of Good Governance (Management and Operation) Ordinance, 2062 after its inactivity
After the Good Governance (Management and Operation) Ordinance, 2062 has become inoperative, if no other intention appears, such inaction shall not, (a) create anything which was not in force or did not exist during the time when the said Ordinance was inoperative.
(b) It shall not affect any work that has already been done or any thing that has already been done or that has been carried out in accordance with the Ordinance.
(c) It shall not affect any rights, facilities, duties or obligations received, achieved or enjoyed in accordance with the Ordinance.
(d) No punishment or confiscation shall be effected under that Ordinance.
(e) No such action or measure taken in relation to any such right, facility, duty, obligation or penalty written above shall be affected and any such legal action or measure may be initiated, continued or enforced as long as the said ordinance remains in force.
