Section 7V
Action can be taken against the reporting organization

(1) This Act or the rules made under this Act or the issued guidelines or Section 7C. The regulatory body may take any or all of the following actions and punishments to the indicator organization that does not comply with the order or instructions or the standards issued in accordance with sub-section (2) of or in case of violation of the guidelines issued or given orders or instructions, based on the seriousness of the same, fining casino traders and financial institutions from 10 million to 50 million rupees and other indicator organizations from 100 million to 100 million rupees, (c) partial or complete prohibition of trading, profession or business impose, (d) suspend the permit, license or registration, or (e) revoke the permit, license or registration. If it appears that the punishment mentioned in sub-section (1) is not sufficient, the regulatory body may impose an appropriate punishment according to the prevailing law. (3) When the regulatory body punishes the indicator organization according to sub-section (1) or (2), such punishment shall be effective, proportionate and dissuasive. (4) If the regulatory body punishes or punishes the reporting organization in accordance with this section, and if such punishment is found to be due to the actions of any officer or employee of the reporting organization, the reporting organization shall take necessary action against such official or employee in accordance with the prevailing law and the law of such reporting organization. (5) ) When taking action and punishing the reporting organization according to this section, the regulatory body shall give the related reporting organization a reasonable opportunity to present its explanation. (6) An indicator organization that is not satisfied with the action or punishment taken by the regulatory body in accordance with this section may file an appeal before the relevant High Court within thirty-five days.
