Rule 18
Able to share information
(1) The use of information shared by the financial information unit with foreign counterparts or other bodies in the course of its performance shall be limited to the purpose for which it is requested.
(2) Confidentiality of the information exchanged in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall be as provided in the law.
