: (1) The Government of Nepal shall, by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette, in order to save any breed of animals in Nepal from extinction or to improve their breed, in any area of ​​Nepal ………. Notification can be issued as required. However, if it is necessary to keep an uncastrated male animal that is not necessary for traditional worship or religious rituals, keeping such an animal in isolation so that it cannot be impregnated will not be considered as an obstacle to anything written in sub-section (1).
(2) If it is found that male animals of other breeds than those prescribed in accordance with sub-section (1) are kept, the head of the office may order the concerned person to dispose of such male animals immediately.
