Rule 53
Procedure for Issuing Information
In accordance with Section 82 of the Act, when issuing an information in the name of a person who is or may be concerned with the work of the Customs Office, a period of fifteen days is given in addition to the period of travel, sub-rule (2), (3), (4), (5) of Rule 52. , should be issued according to (6) and (7). However, sub-rule (8) of rule 52 shall not apply in relation to notices issued in accordance with this rule.
