(1) According to rule 3 or 4, if a notification regarding revenue leakage is received, the concerned employee of the department shall register such notification in the registration book in the format as per schedule-2.
(2) When the information given by the person as per rule 4 is registered as per sub-rule (1), it shall be registered with any indication as prescribed by the Director General.
(3) After registering the notice according to sub-rule (1) or (2), the concerned employee shall give a copy to the concerned informant in the format as per schedule-3.
(4) According to this rule, every page of the registration book for registering the information related to leakage of revenue shall be signed and verified by the Director General or the officer designated by him.
