(1) If a senior citizen is found in an abandoned state, it shall be the duty of every citizen to report it to the nearest care center or day service center or police office or rural municipality or municipality.
(2) If the police find a senior citizen in a state of neglect, he/she shall be entrusted to the nearest care center or day care center.
