(1) According to sub-rule (6) of Rule 3, upon receipt of the notice of the offence, the Office of the Commander-in-Chief shall send a written report to the Ministry of Defense for investigation and investigation of the offence, and shall inform the Commander-in-Chief of the matter.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), after receiving a written report from the Ministry of Defense for the investigation and investigation of the offence, the Ministry of Defense shall send the matter in writing to the committee.
(3) After coming in writing according to sub-rule (2), the committee will set up a station at the place it deems necessary and start the work of investigation and investigation.
