Rule 4
Notifying
According to these rules, before taking the register of land owners and farmers who earn land in the area under any village development committee or municipality, the district land reform officer or the land reform team under him shall give notice of the matter in a place where everyone can see it within the area of the village development committee or municipality. The local people should be informed through TAC and other measures and written notice should be given to the chairman or head of the local village development committee or municipality.
