Information, documents and details will remain confidential
Information, information, details and documents or any details or copies of them as per Sections 28 and 30 of the Act in the department shall not be given or made available to anyone except the investigating officer, court or other authorized officer or body in connection with the department, case matter or other legal proceedings.
