15.1 A person or organization wishing to export or import informed seeds of any type or breed should submit an application for approval to export or import with the prescribed instructions and details before the designated authority.

15.2 After receiving the application according to sub-section 15.1, the designated authority can give approval.

Sub-section 15.2. After receiving the approval as per the above, the concerned person or organization can export or import the listed seeds.
