13.1 The person or organization selling and distributing notified seed seeds should mention the following details on the seed container they sell and distribute - 13.1.1 Type and breed of seed seeds, 13.1. 2 Extent of minimum quality specified in accordance with Section 12, 13.1.3 Details of treatment using chemical substances, 13.1.4 Other matters as specified. 13.2 Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section 13.1, notified seeds of varieties and breeds determined by the breeder to be suitable only for a specific area shall not be distributed or sold in areas other than the area so determined.
