Section 35
In case of cancellation of listing, the compensation thereof
If an organized organization issuing securities has entered into an agreement with the securities market for the listing of securities, such an organized organization has not complied with this Act or the rules or regulations made under this Act, if the securities market cancels the listing of such securities If the shareholder suffers any loss due to the cancellation, the directors of the organization shall pay compensation to such shareholder individually or collectively.
