(1) The Government of Nepal may establish a service center as needed to provide immediate protection to the victims and for isolation during treatment.

(1a) Provincial Government and The local level can establish service centers according to the needs. (1b) If the service centers established by the Nepal government want to be operated by the provincial government or the local level, the Nepal government can transfer such service centers to be operated by the provincial government or the local level. .

(2) An organization may establish and operate a service center for the purpose of sub-section (1) after taking approval as prescribed.

(2A) Sub-sections (1A) and (1B) The monitoring of the service center established and operated by the state government or the local level will be done by the concerned state government or the local level. (3) Financial and other support can be provided to the center operated according to sub-section (2) from the fund under section 12. .

(4) The service center can provide legal assistance, counseling services, psychological services and financial assistance to the victims as needed.

(5) Management, operation and monitoring arrangements of the service center. It will be as specified.
