(1) The Government of Nepal shall establish a service fund for the operation of service centers established under sub-section (1) of section 11.

(1a) Sub-section (1a) of section 11 ) and (1b), the provincial government that wants to manage and operate the service center established and transferred may establish a service fund in accordance with the provincial law and the local level may establish a service fund in accordance with the local law by making provisions from its own resources.

(2) The fund under sub-section (1) shall contain the following amounts :-

(a) Amounts received from the Government of Nepal,

(b) from any domestic or foreign association, organization or person Amount received, (c) Amount received from other sources. (3) The management and operation of the service fund shall be as prescribed.
