: The water supplier can stop the service provided to the consumer in the following cases :-
(a) If the consumer does not pay the service fee for using the service, until the fee is paid,
(b) If the consumer violates any condition mentioned in the contract with the water supplier until such condition is fulfilled,
(c) if the structure is damaged or is likely to be damaged, unless necessary repairs are carried out,
(d) unless the water of the source or structure is polluted or otherwise rendered useless from the point of view of health.
