The investigation officer may obtain the services of experts or specialized bodies in the relevant subject as necessary while conducting investigations and investigations and other related actions.
(2) In order to obtain the service as per sub-section (1), the investigating officer shall appoint the relevant expert or specialized body and while appointing such expert or specialized body, the investigating officer shall specify the work to be done by such expert or specialized body, the right to use it, the conditions to be followed, procedures and such expert or specialized body. The salary and other benefits to be received by the specialized agency should also be mentioned in the contract.
(3) If the investigation officer needs the services of an employee of the Government of Nepal or a specialized agency, regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, they shall be assigned to work for the period of time requested by the investigation officer.
