The service of an ex-serviceman appointed in accordance with this regulation shall be deemed to have automatically ended in the following cases:-

(a) The concerned ex-serviceman does not require any post at the military base. If thirty days prior notice is given to the soldier or
(b) In case of departmental action or action by military court in accordance with the Military Act and the rules made thereunder.
