Section 53
<br> may prescribe conditions of service facilities
When providing service facilities to consumers, the licensee may set necessary conditions subject to this Act, decisions made by the Board, prevailing laws and agreements.
(2) The consumer shall not be entitled to enjoy the service facility contrary to the conditions specified under sub-section (1).
