(1) If there is a decision to prosecute an accused in accordance with this regulation, within seven days from the date of such decision, the office of Prad Viwak shall make a recommendation to the Commander-in-Chief for the formation of a military court.
(2) When making a recommendation according to sub-rule (1), the indictment to be filed against the accused person shall also be attached.
