Rule 23
According to military regulations
In the case written in this regulation, it will be according to this regulation and in the case of others, it will be according to the military regulation. 24, Repeal and Save: (1) The following rules are repealed:
(a) Soldier Technical Service Rules, 2019, (b) Soldier (Pioneer Corps) Recruitment Rules, 2020 (c) Soldier Parachute Folder Women Rules, 2046, (d) Soldier Medical Staff Rules, 2049. (2) Actions taken in accordance with the rules mentioned in sub-rule (1) shall be deemed to be taken in accordance with these regulations.
