Rule 29
Procedure for Formation of Military Special Court
(1) The Ministry of Defense shall take necessary action to appoint the President of the Special Military Court as provided in Section 119 of the Act.
(2) The notice appointing the chairman of the Military Special Court shall be published in the Nepal Gazette.
