(1) In case of transfer of any stock in whole or in part, the transferee shall pay Rs. 1.- A fee must be paid.
(2) If a stock is partially denominated, the respective owner should take new stock of his own amount.
(3) If a stock is registered, it shall not be considered as registered until the name of the owner concerned is registered in the bank's account relating to that stock.
