For taking action against a person in accordance with this Act, considering the seriousness of the offense committed by such person, the circumstances or circumstances of committing the offense and the amount of punishment to be imposed if the offense is found, the accused shall not be allowed to leave any place without the approval of the Investigating Officer. The investigating officer can issue an order.
