(1) The position of such member shall be deemed to be vacant after the notice according to section 35 is given to the concerned house or assembly by the speaker or chairman of the concerned house or assembly or after it is pasted on the notice board of the concerned secretariat.
(2) According to this Act, the concerned secretariat shall inform the commission within fifteen days that the member's position is vacant.
