Any officer authorized to do any work according to this Act may seek the help of the chief district officer or the police in connection with any work to be done by him and if such help is sought ……………. The chief district officer and the police should help.

“38A. Nepal government shall own: Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this Act, if land is acquired for the provincial government or local level by the decision of the Nepal government, such land shall be owned by the Nepal government.”
