Section 20
<br> to have freedom and rights
No person's personal freedom shall be abducted except in accordance with the law.
(2) Every citizen subject to the law shall have the following freedoms and rights:-
(a) To hold and express his opinion,
(b) Peacefully gathering and holding assemblies, conferences,
without arms (c) To open an association or institution,
(d) Commuting and residing in any part of Nepal,
(e) carrying on any profession, employment, industry, business,
(f) To acquire education of his choice or education in his mother tongue,
(g) Acquiring, enjoying, transferring property and doing any other transaction of property,
(h) Adhering to and practicing his religion which has been practiced since time immemorial, respecting the dignity of public morality and tradition,
(i) To protect and promote the language, script or culture of their community,
(j) To maintain the independent existence of their religious community and to operate religious places and religious groups (k) To protect or keep confidential his life, residence, property, writings, correspondence or information.
