Suspension: If any officer or employee of an organized organization established in accordance with the prevailing law or any public servant is in detention in accordance with this Act, such employee, official or public servant shall be deemed to be automatically suspended for the entire period of such detention and until the case is filed against him in accordance with Section 22.
