Rule 41T
Solving ownership or registration issues:

(1) The Commission shall publish a public notice in a national level daily newspaper giving a period of thirty-five days to submit an application in relation to any issues related to the ownership or registration of land distributed by the various commissions or working groups distributed by the various commissions or task forces established prior to the commencement of this rule. Such information can also be broadcast through public communication.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if an application is received within the period mentioned in the notice published, the commission will request the records related to the activities of the previous commission or the working group from the relevant body.
(3) In accordance with sub-rule (2) including local records and on-site situation. Based on this, the commission will resolve the issues related to land ownership or land owner registration, Shrestha Wanxa, and other issues.
