(1) A health fund shall be established in accordance with section 28 of the Act.
(2) The Ministry will operate the health fund as per sub-rule (1).
(3) The amount of the health fund will be spent on approved programs related to public health such as basic health services, purchase of medical equipment, poor and helpless treatment programs and health insurance.
(4) Other arrangements related to the operation of the Health Fund shall be as prescribed by the Ministry.
