Section 6
Renovation of Health Institutions

(1) The health institution shall submit an application to the concerned authority along with the renewal fee prescribed by the department for renewal thirty days prior to the expiry of the listed certificate.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the concerned authority shall renew the listed certificate of such health institution within seven working days.
(3) If a health institution fails to submit an application for the renewal of the listed certificate within the period specified in sub-section (1), the related authority shall renew the listed certificate within seven working days, if the listed certificate renewal and late fees are included in the application for renewal of the listed certificate.
