(5) After processing and purifying the waste of a general nature produced and discharged by the health institution and the harmful waste of the health institution, after processing and purifying the said waste The local body can arrange disposal with the relevant health institution by charging a service fee.
(6) Whether the contaminated waste from the health institution has been completely purified should be checked and certified by a recognized laboratory.
( 7) The health institution that produces harmful waste from health institutions must fully comply with the prevailing environmental laws and standards regarding the management of such waste.
(8) According to sub-rule (3), the method approved by the health institution to manage waste from health institutions , the local body will monitor whether it is managed using technology and place.
