(1) After the commencement of this Act, a person or organization wishing to conduct research in the field of health shall obtain the approval of the Council.

(2) When giving approval in accordance with subsection (1). The Council may impose such conditions as may be prescribed.

Explanation: For the purpose of this clause, "investigation" means investigation including examination.
