(1) If any application is received in accordance with sub-rule (1) of rule 4, the committee after conducting the necessary investigation in that regard and deems it desirable to grant approval, the health care body or institution or organization that takes any product as mentioned in such application shall comply. (2) According to sub-rule (2) of rule 4, if any application is received, the committee will give any equipment or items as mentioned in such application after conducting necessary investigation and giving approval. The approval shall be given by mentioning the conditions to be followed by the producer or distributor.

(3) If any application is received according to sub-section (3) of rule 4, the committee shall conduct the necessary investigation in this regard and grant approval as mentioned in such application. A health worker receiving any scholarship or research grant or money must also mention the conditions to be followed and give approval. It should be given within thirty days from the due date.
