4. Approval

(1) If an application is received according to rule 3, the authority receiving authority will examine the documents received with the application and if it appears that the applicant will be approved to construct and operate a joint housing building, then he will give approval in the format as per schedule-2. .
(2) If the authorized officer deems it necessary, before giving approval in accordance with sub-rule (1), he may conduct a technical inspection of the construction site of the proposed joint housing building or may also consult the relevant authorities.
